Yes, free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive timely updates via email or text, including the tracking ID and delivery partner details.
One of our team members will call you before dispatching the parcel. You may cancel your order during this call.
Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please ensure you open the package only after making the payment.

Payment Information

If your payment fails, the amount debited will be automatically refunded by your bank within a few days.

Return & Refund

Jellydresses allows exchanges within 7 days if you received the wrong or damaged product.
Jellydresses does not offer refunds. Exchanges are allowed for damaged or incorrect products.
Please contact us at jellydresses1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product for exchange inquiries.
For cash on delivery refunds, please mention your account number and IFSC code at the time of placing the return request.
